  • Operations Management Sunset 10/1/2020

Some time ago, M3 made the decision to implement a new, more powerful, more robust business intelligence platform called Insight. Insight has all the reporting capabilities of the original Operations Management Premium tool, only with much more flexible and customizable reporting features. At this point, this should be old news. OM WILL OFFICALLY SUNSET Wednesday, September 30, 2020. This means if your company did not transition to Insight you will no longer have access to reports (even those that were being emailed automatically) OR the Mobile app. Please direct any questions/comments/concerns about this to your internal M3 contact or M3 System Admin.

If you are interested now in getting more information about Insight and what it can do for your company please submit a case at https://help/m3as.com and a sales associate will be in touch to set up a demo and discuss pricing.

We hope you are as excited about this giant leap forward in the world of hospitality business intelligence as we are, and we look forward to helping you drive financial performance in new and improved ways in 2020 and beyond.

From all of us on the M3 team, thank you for making M3 such a special place. We are grateful for the industry insiders and thought leaders who make M3 their home. You make M3 the unique and customer-driven company that it is, and we know that what we have built here is as much yours as it is ours. Thank you for continuing your journey with us.
