• Microsoft will be ending support and security updates on January 14, 2020 for its Windows 7 Operating system. M3 will follow suit shortly thereafter and not permit access to Accounting Core to customers using Windows 7. If you are currently using Windows 8.1 you are not required to update however if you are using Windows 7 please consider updating your operating system to Windows 10 prior to losing access to Accounting core. 
     
  • In the interim,
    • For Microsoft Windows 7, please use Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR. 
    • For Microsoft Windows 8.1, please use Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR
    • For Microsoft Windows 10: Citrix Work Space 1907 is recommended while Citrix Workspace 1909 will work however you may experience some issues with scanning and/or printing. 
      • If you are on version 1909 and working without issue there is no need to roll back to 1907. 
         
  • Internet Explorer versions:
    • 10 and older will no longer be supported by Microsoft and no longer permitted to access Accounting Core effective as of now. We suggest using Chrome or Firefox as your web browser.
    • Internet Explorer version 11 will remain supported by Microsoft and will allow you to use Accounting Core, however you may experience some launching and/or connectivity issues.
  • Supported versions of Citrix are available for download at:
    • Windows 10: Click HERE for Citrix Workspace 1907 is recommended, however version 1909 will work.
    • Windows 8.1: Click HERE for Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR
    • Windows 7: Click HERE for Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR (Windows 7 will no longer be supported as of January 14th 2020)
    • Mac OS 10.11, 10.12, 10.13: Click HERE for Citrix Receiver 12.9.1 for Mac
    • Mac OS 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14: Click HERE for Citrix Workspace 1906 for Mac
    • Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina): Click HERE for Citrix Workspace 1910 for Mac
      • Note: At this time M3 is not recommending updating to Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina)
