M3 is aware that Hilton/OnQ had an issue impacting data being received by M3. We believe the issue is now resolved by Hilton, however, properties will need to retrieve the data files for the dates missing and resend. Please reach out to techsupport@m3as.com if you need assistance on this process.

M3 is upgrading our Citrix Platform to the Cloud! We began migrating users in early November to a new Citrix Cloud environment that ensures our customers have some of the latest security features and high availability. Some of the benefits of moving to the cloud are additional encryption to keep your information safe, ability to access M3 Applications from any modern internet browser, and more supportability to ensure uptime. 

Starting today, Tuesday, 1/17/23, the final migration is beginning. Any users whose usernames start with a R-Z who have not already moved to the new site will be accessing the new site to launch Accounting Core. https://cloud.m3as.com

As of Wednesday, January 25th, users will no longer be able to access Accounting Core from the connects.m3as.com site. Please start using the new cloud.m3as.com as of today.

YEAR END HINTS: OPEN Fiscal Year 2023

As of 1/1/23, in AP, Check Writer, GL, and Cash Mgt, to see entries from 2022, use the + sign within the Accounting Core Module (above Arrow of Scroll Bar on Right Hand Side of the Screen --- Immediately above where Data would List - Underneath Chart of Account button, except for in Check Writer).

1099/1096-M3 does not support printing on the Pressure Seal 1099 Format or the NCR Formatted 1099. Please reach out to Support with any questions.
