You may have noticed our Forgot your Password option has been visible on our Accounting Core login page over the last few weeks. It is now functional again and below are details on how to get your email address associated with your username. 

Login to the M3 Help Center
Click on your name in the top right of the page and choose Profile
Fill out all your contact information and choose Update

This will associate your email address with your username within 24-48 hours so that you can utilize the Forgot your Password option.

If you are not able to login to the Help Center, please email techsupport@m3as.com for a password reset. Once you receive your temporary password and update it; please follow the above instructions to then associate your email address with your username for any future requests. 

When using this feature, you will get an email with a verification code to enter which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please first check your spam/junk folders. If you still don't see an email, it might be that your email address is not associated to your username (this is not the email address in Accounting Core : User Manager, but rather on our side at M3). At this point, you can then email techsupport@m3as.com for further assistance.
