How do I access M3 Payment Portal to review and pay my bill?

How do we remove/disable usernames?

1. Submit a case from the M3 Help Center (click HERE )or email techsupport@m3as.com indicating the exact username(s) to be removed
2. M3 Support will disable the username

3. M3 Suggests you do NOT delete the username from M3 Accounting Core : Maintenance : User Manager. You can edit the username and place a "Z" in front of it to move it to the bottom of the list in User Manager


How do we change our Billing Tier in Accounting Core?

To update the Billing Tier in Accounting Core, please contact M3 Support via a case submission from our Help Center or email techsupport@m3as.com. A database modification form will be provided to the customer to approve the change which will be updated in Accounting Core and also update the customer's monthly statement. 

How do we stop billing for a property no longer under our portfolio?

Submit a case from the M3 Help Center or email to techsupport@m3as.com. M3 Support will send you an Exit Form for the Property/Properties. Once that form is completed, billing will be removed going forward. You can also access the Form directly from here: M3 Property Leaving


How does a Dual-Branded property get billed?

With the introduction of dual-branded properties, M3 will bill the property based on if they have separate Daily Reports within Accounting Core or if they have one shared Daily Report. If they have 2 separate Daily Reports, they will be billed as separate properties. If they share 1 daily report, they will be billed as one property.
