is it possible to have financial data for 2016, 2015 and 2014 in one finanical?

I have never run a report with 3 years of data.  However, it might be possible using  variable data columns.   You would need to submit the report using the date range option and enter a date range that covers all 3 years.   Then you would have to select the applicable date range for each column.    The variable column option is located under column editing-special tab.

Yes it's possible, in financial designer layout, build a new report (or copy off of an existing income statement) add two new sets of columns. one as repeat with defined month/ calendar year for a header (I chose to make these hidden) and then a total column that adds up the periods in the hidden repeat columns - This can be defined as 2 years prior In financial wizard.  With this added to a standard income statement allows you to have this year, last year, and 2 years (as defined for n in financial wizard)... you can add budget columns, repeat POR, repeat PAR and make it as detailed as you'd like.
