Do you have an updated list of approved scanners? There are some on the above list that are discontinued and we found out today that Hilton will not troubleshoot compatibility issues with anything other than HP.
I am trying to import invoices using a template. I received the message that there are critical errors in my upload. I researched them and corrected them in the import template file. But, M3 is still looking at the original upload file and not the corrected one. I have even tried to change the file name but it still is using the original template and telling me that there are critical errors that have been fixed. Please help.
