The above scanners should be available to purchase at any local office supply store or online.

*As changes in Windows occur, some scanner models may become non-compliant with Accounting Core.  We will continue to monitor and update this list when we learn of any models becoming obsolete.

Prior to using the scanner for the first time in Accounting Core; it is highly recommended that the scanner software has been installed on the local computer, as this will help prevent most twain errors.

Has anything changed with regard to scanning from Mac OS X or is it still not possible?

Scanning directly is not possible from Macintosh because the OSX client from Citrix does not support Twain Connectivity.  This unfortunately is a limitation of the underlying software architecture and is not under the control of M3.  

You can of course use the Scan and Upload option to attach files from a Mac to Invoices or Journal Entries in AccKnowledge.  If you need assistance with setting this up or attaching through the Browse and attach option, please open a case and a technician will contact you as soon as possible.

Can we request an update to this list? None of these models are readily available any longer as all of them have been discontinued by the manufacturers.
