During my password reset, I have setup authentication method to Email. Which I am getting error message "This connection is not secure". This error message is on my phone as well as on browser. How can I change to either SMS/TEXT or authenticator app? Do you support hardware key?

I originally set my MFA method to SMS/Text to go to my mobile phone.  How can I change my MFA method to Google Authenticator?  Also, what is the best way for me to give you my mobile number and email address for you to contact me?
