We are pleased to announce an update to the Accounting Core Platform this Thursday at 10pm EST. In this release, we have address some reported slowness in the load times for the General Ledger. There are many factors to how this module loads and we are confident this release will improve the load times for your users. We take your feedback very seriously and assure you we will continuously improve our products.
There will be a brief reboot of the servers when this update is released. Your logged on users will receive a notification 15 minutes before telling them to save work and log off. The reboot period will be very brief 5-10 minutes. Once complete users will be able to log back into the application.
