Accounting Core Release Completed on 2/21/24

We are pleased to announce that Accounting Core had a release to production on Wednesday, February, 21 2024.

These updates have been included in a recent update of our Help Center support documentation. You must be logged in to the help center to access the full details of the updates.

Summary of what is changing: This release will include updates to our Document Imaging functionality. Users will be able to attach images to:

• Accounts Payable Vendors
• Cash Management Reconciliations

The release will also include additional User Manager Privileges and expand our Import/Export features in our Intercompany and Cash Management modules. For more details, please access the release notes here.

Note: System Administrators- Please note a change that could impact your team’s ability to perform typical functions in Accounting Core. Edit and Save privileges will not be separate for vendors and invoices. All users with these privileges currently will not automatically update to include both (EXCEPT SYSTEM ADMINS). This will require you to adjust all necessary roles in User Manager to include the new Edit and Save permission.
