We are currently experiencing a high volume of cases due to the recent rollout of our new Accounting Core landing page. This update requires you to re-enter your existing username and password to further safeguard your account as well as validate your email address. If you forget your existing password, you can now reset it directly on the sign-in page. This process involves verifying your email address in preparation for utilizing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security.

In the meantime, here are a few tips that might help resolve your issue:

  • Remove “m3.local” from your username.
  • Remove “m3/” from before your username.
  • Wait up to 10 minutes for the confirmation email.
  • Check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email.
  • If you are still having issues, please submit a case and include your username and email address. You can submit the case from either the Help Center or by emailing techsupport@m3as.com to be placed in the queue for a technician to respond.
