Just installed Citrix for Accoutning Core on a new Microsoft Surface Pro 9.  When the program loads and as we move the cursor around, random black boxes and resolution-type issues begin popping up.  It happens on the laptop alone as well as when connected to one or two external mointors.  We've changed all display settings (resolution, scale, refresh rate, advanced display, graphics, etc.) with no luck.  We also changed the Citrix receiver to the high resolution scale setting (DPI).  Any feedback or recommendations would be appreciated.  Thank you!  Attached pic.

Good afternoon,

Accounting Core is not optimized for use on mobile devices without access to a C: drive and is recommended for screen scaling of 100% on laptops and/or desktops or 125% scaling on high definition and/or wide screen monitors with Citrix set to High DPI. Please see the below link for full details:

Thank you Keith.  We appreciate the quick response and suggestions.  We do have an open case with M3 but thought while waiting on the next step we would post to see if anyone else encountered this.  M3 support connected earlier today and we verified all the settings above but the issue still exists.  We've used M3 for 6-7 years and on MS Surfaces throughout without issues.  Given this is a newer suface (9), perhaps it is chipset or graphics card related that the app is having issues with.  Let us know if you have any other suggestions while we wait for support's next step.  Thanks again.

Closing the loop here.  Tech support rolled back the Citrix version and updated the drivers for the graphics card.  This fixed the issue.
