We wish our M3 customers a safe and happy holiday season! 

In addition to the below Support schedule, we wish to remind you if your Fiscal Year 2025 has not been opened within Accounting Core, please do so prior to January 1, 2025.

Holiday Schedule Hours are as follows:

Monday 12/23 - Closing at 10pm ET
Tuesday 12/24 and Wednesday 12/25 - Closed (a support technician will be on-call for severe High Priority issues regarding Connectivity and/or Access issues between the hours of 8am ET and 6pm ET). Support will be reopen starting at 11pm ET on Wednesday 12/25. 

Tuesday 12/31 - Closing at 8PM Eastern
Wednesday 1/1/25 - Closed (a support technician will be on-call for severe High Priority issues regarding Connectivity and/or Access issues between the hours of 8am and 6pm ET). Support will reopen at 11pm ET on Wednesday 1/1/25. 

Accounting Core Year End Tip: Open Fiscal Year 2025 prior to January 1, 2025

As of 1/1/25, in AP, AR, Payment Wizard, GL, and Cash Mgmt, to see entries from 2024, use the (+) sign within the Accounting Core Module (above arrow of scroll bar on right hand Side of the screen, immediately above where data would list and underneath Chart of Account button, except for in Payment Wizard).

1099/1096-M3 does not support printing on the Pressure Seal 1099 Format or the NCR Formatted 1099. Please reach out to Support with any questions.

It’s time to update to MFA

M3 is dedicated to upholding the utmost security standards for your property data. As part of our continued efforts to enhance our security protocols, we will implement Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for Accounting Core and Insight starting December 2nd.
Note: All customers will not have these options available to them at once, as we are processing this move in groups. If you do not see these options by 12/20/24, please reach out to techsupport@m3as.com.

 Implementation Details: MFA is mandatory for all M3 products throughout the portfolio. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Setting Up MFA:
   • Detailed instruction links on how to set up MFA for your account are below

• This is a straightforward process, and we’ve included screenshots to guide you.
• If you have any questions, the M3 Support team is ready to assist.

2. Shared Accounts:
   • Users with the same username are strongly encourage to have a separate account created, due to MFA requirements and prevent shared data that could become compromised.
   • System Administrators can request new logins at no additional cost by emailing techsupport@m3as.com. Provide the name of the company and property, role of the user, as well as if the billing should be set to the corporate or property level.

3. Why MFA Matters:
   • MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
   • It helps protect sensitive data, including your personal information and company resources.
   • We’re committed to safeguarding your accounts and ensuring a secure work environment.
