Hi all,<br> <br> You would just need to get the specific name of the folder from your corporate office or Accounting Core System Administrator as these can be different for all customers. Once you have that, you can then recreate the folder on your computer's C Drive. If you choose the Magnifying glass in the top right, then where it shows All on the left, choose that to select Forums. Then you can search by any keywords and it will provide the results. -

Please try the following to help with this issue:
Uninstall the current version of Citrix you have on your computer now and install the version at the link below.
