RE: Deleting Old Companies
Hello Christian,
At the present time there is not a way to remove companies/properties from the database that contains any type of history (Journal Entry, Invoice, Daily Report). Here are 2 options for you to consider:
- Option #1: Adjust the All Access group in User Manager and remove the companies/properties that are no longer being used. Also ensure that each is not part of your current access group, under your username in User Manager
- Option #2: Request a Copy of your database and then from the copy, the unneeded properties can be removed. This option would incur a $500 Charge.

RE: How do I setup an electronic signature in AccKnowledge?
Hello Courtney,
There are 2 control features that can be used.
- Only users that cut checks should have the check signature file in the appropriate path associated to your database, or the bank account(s) that checks are cut from. A user that attempts to print checks that does not have the signature file, would receive an error and would not be able to complete the check print process.
- At each company level a dollar amount can be set so that checks higher then a specific amount would not have a signature printed on them.

RE: Voided checks
At the present time, voided checks will show in the reconciliation, however they will not reflect in the total amount of outstanding checks.
The system will only show voided checks dated after the last un-cleared check available through the statement date.
For example, if the last un-cleared check is dated 6/1/2016, your will all voided checks between the statement date and 6/1/2016.
If this happens to not be the case, please let me know and I can open a new case so that we can look into this item further.

RE: Intercompany Journal Entries
Hello Chad,
Inter-company Journal Entries is an enhancement that is under development. However, at this time there is not an ETA on when this feature will be available.
Currently functionality that may help streamline recording postings between companies would be to import a batch of journal entries, via the Import/Export Utility. A batch once imported, can be reviewed and posted from the Enterprise Level, in the General Ledger.

RE: Daily Report Mapping
Hello Jay,
There is no automation in the mapping system to where a code that has not been used before and is not mapped in, is automatically associated to a line item. The process to add items is completely manual to where a user has to add mapping codes for items that have not been used before or frequently in their respective PMS System.

RE: Saving from Document Imaging
Hello Matthew,
If you would like to download a copy of the image, please use the search option at the top of the screen in Accounts Payable. Once you have the appropriate search in place, when the images display you can select the appropriate image and then download the invoice image, by using the download option. I have attached a screenshot of the download option that is available when viewing images from the Search Option.
At the present time if you are drilling down to an image through a financial or report, the download option is not available, this is also not available when clicking on the image option with-in a specific invoice in the AP Module. We are in process of updating each module, and this is functionality that is being considered for all areas to where images are viewed.
