Dear Valued Accounting Core Customers,

In the past week we have made several configuration changes to the Citrix and Client Portal site that will significantly improve your users experience. This effort should yield better stability, performance and a significantly reduced rendering of a variety of log in errors your users have seen for quite some time. One of the many adjustments made to support a root cause of a lot of these issues resulted in our need to enforce a security policy that could impact some of your users ability to log into Accounting Core. This security policy restricts and blocks users who are running unsupported technology. This includes Operating Systems, Internet Browsers and the Citrix Receiver client itself. This older, less secure technology introduced instability and risk into the environment that contributed to the issues you have been having.

We have posted a tool set on the Help Desk Portal that users can scan their machines to determine if they will have an issue. Or simply, they will receive an error trying to log in. Should this occur please have them contact support for assistance to resolve that issue. In some cases, our efforts to remediate for your users will require administrative rights to the computer to install the necessary components to resolve their log in issue.

We are aware of intermittent issues over the last 10 days that have affected the performance to both Accounting Core and Time Management. Below are the time frames we were impacted:

Thursday 6/20 4:30-5:30pm EDT
Friday 6/21 9am-12pm EDT
Monday 6/24 9am-11am EDT
Monday 7/1 11:45am-1:30 EDT
 

We isolated the cause on Monday, July 1st, afternoon. We completed a Maintenance on Monday evening (7/1) which had less than 1 minute of downtime for customers. We expect this update to resolve the extreme performance degradation that was seen some last week and also Monday (7/1). If you experience any extreme performance degradation today or over the next few days, please submit a case and we will work to resolve as quickly as possible.

M3 Accounting Core Patch Release:

The updated Version of Accounting Core requires users to use an updated version of the Invoice Import Template. This new template can be downloaded from within the Import Export Utility, after selecting the Invoice Import Excel Option or by clicking HERE. The "old" template will not work and will prompt an error if used. 

M3 is happy to announce the latest release of Accounting Core, version 4.5

This release has enhanced our Use Tax Module, renamed to be Tax Setup, this updated module include additional Tax Options (Sales, VAT, GST, Vendor Withholding)

Additional items related to this release is the enhancement of the invoice importing process, as well as Scheduled Reports. Please click HERE to download a copy of the release notes for version 4.5 

Also, as part of this release the Invoice Import Template used via the Import/Export Utility has been updated. Please download the updated form HERE. (The "old" template is no longer valid and this will prompt an error during import.)

The latest version of Accounting Core was released @ 10pm on 12/17

The following are some key features that have been included in this release:

• Ability to Run A General Ledger Report and then navigate to another Module, while the report is open
• New Report Available in the Daily Report Module: PMS Exception Report
  • This report will provide a list of Mapping Codes that have been sent to M3 with Data, but are not included in the mapping setup area
• Payment Approval Filter
  • A Payment Approval Filter has been added to the AP Batch Invoice Report
