We thank you for your continued patience while we work to quickly resolve this issue. We have secured a tool that is helping our development community better isolate pieces of information which will hopefully lead us to a root cause and subsequent resolution. As of now, no root cause has been determined however we want to let you all know we are focused on this issue as a very high priority and are doing everything we can to isolate the specifics pertinent to our continued troubleshooting and hope to have this resolved very soon.
