Has anyone else noticed the following items that have come up since the GL Module updated new features?

1. A screen will freeze during a scan upload and remain on your monitor but you can log back in and still work in another window.  (We also can open multiple windows so that we can be in other companies or properties at the same time -we like this one)

2. After saving a JE, the cursor will not return to that JE that you were saving.  It goes back to the top of the open JE's and you have to scroll down to find the JE you were just working in.

3. When posting a JE in a company that has more than one property, and you are posting at the property level, unfortunately it allows you to enter a GL code from the other property.  It use to only allow you to post in the GL accounts from the property you are in.

4. You must type in 0.45 when you need to enter .45 (I saw this already documented.)

Also several bugs when uploading journal entries

the amount you are debiting or crediting can not have any commas or $ or it will not upload format in excell must be general,

Once uploaded it does not show in Open entries you must click on view posted entries then go back to open to see the uploaded entries

Then to post you have to exit the AccKnowledge then re-enter the AccKnowlege to post these entries very time consuming and frustrating.

Also having issues printing invoices from within GL.  Will print in AP, but not from GL in drill down.

 

It would be nice if M3 sent an update on the status of efforts to resolve these global bugs.  You'd think after months of Beta testing, these would have been uncovered and fixed prior to release.

I am having two distinct issues with the G/L Module:

1)  I am unable to retrieve recurring entries since the update; I can see them but can use them.

2) I am unable to print automatically once I have completed an AJE - I have to post then look at posted entries - open the entry and then print.

I was hoping this would be fixed with the update last night (6/28) but I see it was not.
