If you are having this issue, no worries there is a simple and easy resolution to get you printing to the correct printer again.
This is a setting within Windows 10 and here is how to fix it.
- Go to the start menu.
- Select Devices.
- Make sure you are on Printers and Scanners on the left menu.
- On the right scroll down until you see the heading "Let Windows Manager My Default Printer."
- Turn that off.
If you are in AccKnowledge, log out by clicking "file" then "exit."
Now make sure your default printer is the one you want to be default and log back into AccKnowledge and start printing!
